Collection: Calmlence

Calmlence - "A coined word that combines calm and silence, it means 'calm tranquility'. While working, I want to be in a state of complete tranquility, being able to focus on my task, with all of my soul."

Kazuyuki Kumagai began his career with five years at Issey Miyake after graduating from a fashion school. In 1999, he established his own brand, ATTACHMENT. Starting with the 2007 AW season, he introduced a collection line under his name; KAZUYUKI KUMAGAI, making his runway debut at Paris Men’s Fashion Week for the 2008 SS season. In 2022, he stepped down as the designer for ATTACHMENT. Following this chapter, he launched his new project, calmlence, in the 2023 Fall/Winter season.
